It’s a boy for Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo. In a recently uploaded YouTube video, Jinger and Jeremy announced that their third child is a boy. The baby is due in March 2024 and will join sisters Felicity Nicole, 6, and Evangeline Jo, 4. The couple’s eldest daughter helped them share the news with the rest of the Duggar family, though she wasn’t the first family member to learn the news.

Jinger revealed that she and Jeremy opted to allow Jessa Seewald to reveal the baby’s gender by sending them an outfit. When the couple opened the package from Jessa, an outfit for a newborn boy was revealed. While Jinger seemed thrilled at the news, Jeremy appeared stunned. This will be the couple’s first son.

The former polygamist told Meri that he was going to be “horrible” to her for 20 years because he found her “difficult” to live with for most of their marriage. She claims Kody insisted she was “mean” and that he planned to spend 20 years being mean to her as payback. Only then, she said, would he consider working on their marriage.

Meri’s friend, Jenn Sullivan, who has garnered a fanbase of her own during her recent appearance on the show, was appalled. She wondered how Kody could make such a bold threat. Meri made light of the situation, joking that the “joke” was on Kody because she didn’t stick around long enough for him to make good on his threat.

In Gilmore Girls Season 6, Luke and Lorelai Gilmore get back together and plan to marry. They were headed for the altar when a 12-year-old showed up in Luke’s diner, proclaiming he might be her father.

Luke later learns that he did, in fact, father the child with a long-forgotten love interest. While Luke built a relationship with April Nardini, he inadvertently iced Lorelai out, causing a significant rift. April, her mother Anna Nardini, and Luke’s behavior led to a called-off engagement and the end of his romance with Lorelai.

Gilmore Girls fans almost universally agree that the storyline was horrible, but Scott Patterson doesn’t think so. In an interview with ScreenRant, Patterson revealed that he enjoyed the storyline.

“Sometimes you’ve got to piss off the fans,’ Patterson said. “It’s a risk you take, but the payoff is so great. It doesn’t ruin anything. It just sort of deepens the sort of comeback that’s required.”

Patterson went on to praise Vanessa Marano, the actor who took on the role of April Nardini, insisting she was so impressive as as young actor. He said he wished fans hadn’t been so hard on her back then.

Patterson makes a valid point. He might have stumbled upon why Gilmore Girls fans hate the storyline so much, even after many rewatches. Patterson argues that there is a payoff in the end because Luke and Lorelai had to claw their way back. He might be correct, but he’s missing one crucial factor: fans never actually go to see that.

The show’s cancelation was a surprise, meaning many storylines weren’t completely wrapped up. Luke and Lorelai’s love story was still very open-ended when the series wrapped. Sure, they seemed to be contemplating working things out, but they hadn’t started yet when fans last left them. When fans did reconnect with them during Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, they had already been back together for years. The show’s sudden cancelation made fans miss out on the “payoff” of adding Arpil Nardini and her meddling mother to the storyline.

The Los Angeles wildfires continue to wreak havoc on the sprawling metropolis and its inhabitants. As fire crews attempt to extinguish multiple blazes across the city, people are sharing all that they have lost in the fires. Milo Ventimiglia, best known for his work in Gilmore Girls and This is Us, allowed a news crew to come along as he inspected the ruins of the home he and his wife, Jarah Mariano, planned to bring their baby home to. Mariano is apparently due any time.

Milo Ventimiglia and his wife were enjoying the lead-up to the birth of their baby when the Los Angeles wildfires broke out. Ventimiglia and Mariano evacuated, but they couldn’t stay away for long. He returned to his property with CBS News along for the ride. There, he inspected the ruins of his home.

Ventimiglia told the news outlet that he and his wife had evacuated to stay with friends but watched as the fire crept closer to their home via security cameras. The famed actor said he and his wife watched as the fire overtook the structure but eventually turned off the video as it was too painful to watch. He knew the home was gone before pulling up to the curb, but the scale of destruction still seemed to surprise him.

Ventimiglia choked up when speaking about what comes next for his family. The This is Us star noted that he and his wife, Jarah Mariano, had lovingly designed their child’s nursery in the weeks before the devastating fire. They had everything set up to bring home their new baby, a first for both, but now they are unsure what they’ll do and where they will go.

Jana’s most recent YouTube upload revealed that Jennifer and Josie were included in the event, albeit not as bridesmaids. Instead, they appeared to have been tasked with managing the bevy of flower girls who were a part of Jana’s big day. They walked down the aisle with the tots. With Josie and Jennifer’s roles revealed it has become clear that Jill was the only Duggar sister who did not have an active role in Jana Duggar and Stephen Wissmann’s wedding.

The bridal party snub isn’t the only issue. Aside from not being a part of the bridal party, it appears that Jill and her family were an afterthought at the big event, too. While several of her siblings were included in the wedding, Jana had 10 brothers and some of their spouses who did not have an active role. As is traditional, they were seated in the first few rows for the ceremony. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were sitting with some of their children in the front row. Several adult Duggars were sitting close by in the second row.

Jill and Derick Dillard were the only Duggar couple not seated in the first few rows for the ceremony. The couple sat several rows back and away from the rest of the family. Still, it’s unclear whose choice that may have been. The couple’s seats and Jill’s exclusion from the wedding party seem to suggest a rumored rift between the two sisters is very much a reality.

Before Jill and Derick opted to set boundaries with the Duggar family, Jill and her older sister appeared close. Jana even served as Jill’s maid of honor at her 2014 nuptials. They, however, have not been spotted together in any significant way in several years. Jill later admitted that she maintains relationships with some siblings but not others. Jana may be one of the siblings she’s no longer connected to.
